DO I NEED TO SEPARATE MY CLOTHES?
NO WAY! That is what we are here for. Whites, linens, towels, dark clothes…Leave the sorting to us. Just fill up your with your dirty laundry and we’ll take care of the rest. You should however be sure that your socks are not balled up, and there aren't clothes inside of clothes - like two shirts you took off together, or shorts and sweatpants that came off together. By doing this, it will assist us in getting your clothes their cleanest.
WHAT ABOUT DELICATES OR SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS?
If you would like special care on your delicates or need items hung dry, we would be more than happy accommodate your needs. We can air dry, low heat dry, wash in delicate cycle, or wash separately. Simply print out the inventory sheet and write down the special instructions that are required for your clothes and place it your laundry bag.
DO I HAVE TO CHECK MY POCKETS?
Although we do our best to find any left over pens, lipstick, markers, lip balm, etc. in your clothes before we clean them, we cannot be held responsible for foreign objects that damage your clothes. We ask that you check your pockets thoroughly to prevent any damage that may occur from non-clothing items.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT NOTHING IS MISSING?
We take your clothes SERIOUSLY! We wash, dry and fold every customer’s clothes completely separate from other customers. This costs more but we would rather prevent a problem than cause a problem. By doing this, we ensure that a mix-up is very unlikely. Furthermore, to insure against any laundry mishaps, we utilize a high resolution, color digital video surveillance system that monitors all of the clothing as it moves through the laundry process. Finally, we request that all of our customers print out an inventory sheet so we can accurately determine all the clothes in a specific laundry bag. |
